New Platform Features
Mobile UI Changes

For the Mobile UI, the following changes have been made:

  1. Primary and Secondary Navigation Headers
  2. The primary and secondary navigation headers have been made responsive
  3. There is no navigation on the primary header i.e. Home, Dashboards, Tasks and Mentions are no longer displayed
  4. Secondary navigation shows only the breadcrumbs of the parent-child workflow hierarchies

  3. The task lane will not be visible when the step body is displayed
  4. The completion page is more responsive

View List of Users with External API Access

A comprehensive list of users who have external API access can now be viewed from the admin panel.

System Fields Now Available for Reporting
  • The following system fields wf created at, workflow.updated_at, wf created by email , wf created by username can now be exported in Reports
  • The field created by  can now be defined in X-Axis for charts/graphs
  • The fields wf created at, workflow.updated_at, wf created by email wf created by username can be added as a column in a tabular/table reports.
Ability to delete adjudication comment flags

Entities can now better manage their comment flags by deleting inessential comment flags within their adjudication process. This would not affect the existing workflows using the deleted flags.

Ability to disable the Submit button until the mandatory fields are filled

Users can now ensure that the Submit button remains disabled till all the mandatory fields have been filled out. This would be especially useful when you have configured an integration on the field inputs, and would only like to Submit once it has run. Please work with your Project Managers to get this enabled from the backend.

Process Level Cycle Time data available in chart visualizations

Users can now create and see their cycle time on a process level across the charts within the dashboard.

Platform Enhancements
Bulk update multiple fields via external APIs

Previously, we could only update one field at a time using the external APIs. Now, we can update multiple fields simultaneously using external APIs.

Multiple Changes to Tasks’ Headers and Footers

Three changes have been made to Steps’ headers and footers. These are optional features and can be enabled on request.

  • The edit button of a submitted step has now been moved to the header of the step form
  • The navigation bar now has a next and previous button to move within the swimlane
  • For an unsubmitted step, the next button is now replaced with a submit button in the footer
Cycle Time Export Functionality

While exporting reports, cycle time data for steps, swimlanes and workflows can now also be exported in CSV. This applies to exporting both all fields and selected fields except for swimlanes.

SCIM User Reactivation

Reactivation of a SCIM user now reassigns default user group.

Workflow Migration old field data

While evaluating inheritance constraints via update_field_inheritance, a field affected by the inheritance constraints of another field being evaluated simultaneously, the first field was occasionally populated with stale data. This error has now been corrected.

Slider Component

Multiple changes have been made to the slider type field.

  • The hover state now shows the value and colour. It highlights the border of the slider thumb
  • Clicking the thumb fills it with color and darkens the border
  • These changes were applied to gradient, active and inactive slides.

Pie chart percentage split

Users can now see the percentage distribution within the pie charts by hovering over the slices. This can be seen by enabling the toggle Show percentage per slice within the UI.
