Our story
Why Certa exists
Certa was founded by Jagmeet Lamba after years inside large enterprises, where onboarding and managing third parties had become slow, manual, and spread across disconnected tools and teams.
The idea was simple: give companies one no-code operating system to onboard, screen, and monitor every third party, so they can work only with the partners they trust, the “certa-fied” ones, and do good business faster.
Today that platform manages more than 10 million third parties for some of the world’s most regulated companies.
