You can ask Certa to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. This page is for everyone, wherever you live. No account needed.

- Opting out of advertising tracking: use the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of any page on this site. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out automatically.
What happens next?
If you submit a request via phone or webform, we’ll confirm receipt and respond within the time required by law, generally 30 to 45 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We don't charge a fee. If your request concerns information a customer submitted to us, we may refer you to that customer. You can use an authorized agent with written proof of permission.
If we decline: reply with "Appeal" in the subject line. You can also contact your data protection authority (EU, UK, Switzerland), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in Quebec the Commission d'acces a l'information.
